Notice how small the "sanitary room" is, and not a whole lot of room for recreation and sleeping.
Nice use of Zip-A-Tone on the background by Wood. Zip-A-Tone, or screen tone, is a sheet with a printed texture pre-printed on it, and a wax adhesive layer on the other side. The sheet is applied to the artboard, adhesive down, and rubbed with a stylus on the backing side. The backing is then peeled off, leaving the printed texture adhered to the artboard. It looks like Wood also added some stars on top of the Zip using small bits of white-out.
